Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet is the newest technology so far, 95% energy saving and totally safety compare tradtional lifting electromagnet method .only needs power in MAG and DEMAG Periods.During lifting and transporting, no power supply are required.

Major Technical feature

Low power lifting （PRE MAG ）and full power lifting(MAG)
Pick up cycle is executed first with 75% of the total possible magnetization strength, only once the load is lifted from the ground the second MAG cycle is executed allowing 100% of the total magnetization power ( Full MAG ). This provides a definite minimum safety margin to the load that can be handed in complete safety

Note: the Low Power Lifting( Pre Mag ) is widely use for lifting single piece of thin steel plate of below 6mm Thickness, these magnets can generate 16KG/ cm2 lifting force, furthermore it will not lift second piece steel plate,

Safety button:

The user is obligated to press 2 buttons at the same time ( Lock and DEMAG ) to release the load, this reduces the chance of an accidental load release
